    The Garlic is packaged in 1# bags. Mix match whatever you want. I ship in 8X8X8 boxes and they hold about 6#. I have approx. 50# to sell.Contact relatives or friends and split the product up between you. It’s canning season and added garlic to food or pickling products is perfect. You will be amazed at the incredible flavor tis garlic has. Shipping weight of the container and fill does not exceed 1#. Ordering 6# will make your shipment the most economical. I have a $2 charge added to your order to cover the cost of thecontainer and netting. There are no additional extra charges. Freight is actual freight charges plus the $2 for the container. The stock came from Filaree Farm, just south of my farm. They are WSDA Certified Organic and great people. I am not Certified Organic due to the cost and the small operation I have. I will be using Filaree’s descriptions to describe the product I sell. If you need certified Organic product, check their web site at www.filareefarm.com . PS Persian Star is a Standard Purple Stripe hardneck garlic. It has avery pleasant flavor with a mild spicy zing. 1# bags M Metechi is aMarbled Purple Stripe hardneck ophioscorodon garlic.It has few fat clovesand afiery raw taste. 1# bags AR Ajo Rojo is a Creole garlic. Hardneck Silverskin sub variety. Intensly hot raw but mild and creamy baked. 1# bags B Blossom is a Turban, Artichoke sub variety hardneck garlic. It has a blossoming heat but smooth and mild baked. 1# bags Z Zemo is a Porcelain hardneck. Few fat cloves per bulb. Strong and pleasant taste raw with no aftertaste. 1# bags RTRed Toch is an Artichoke softneck that is braidable. Stores well and has a milder flavor than hardnecks. 1# bags The mesh bag the garlic comes shipped in is ideal for storing. Remember, a cool dark location is best for storage. Hang the bag where there is ventilation. Some of the garlic heads will not have cloved. This is not the norm but the flavor is the same. Makes for easierroasting for garlic bread, steak or whippedgarlic butter. Some cloves in the headmay have blemishes and I will add extra heads to insure you receive your order of quality cloves. Due to this being a food product I cannot accept returns. If you experience a problem, let me know. We will work something out. The cloves can be planted if you wish. They are not premium seed garlic but will producegarlic plants. If you notice the heads starting to dry, or want to dry your own, slice and place on parchment on a tray and place in an electric oven or dehydrator at 120 F for a few days. Seal in an airtight container, freeze and use whenever. Grind in a coffee grinder and make garlicpowder like you have never tasted. It’s incredible! If you make your own pickle, hardneck garlic is the answer to cukes, greenbeans, asparagus etc. The flavor is sooo much superior to the everyday California softnecks you will be amazed.
