These are some of the very best dahlias for borders or patio containers! No pinching is necessary to get compact, short plants loaded with flowers. Blooms during most of the summer into the hard frosts in the late fall. Large cactus type flowers. Plant just 3 bulbs in a 16″ container, or 12″ apart in the garden. Then stand back and watch the blooming fireworks. We only send top size Dahlia tubers! Originating from Mexico and Guatemala, Dahlias were the flowers of Inca kings and despite their royal origins Dahlias are amoungst the easiest plants to grow in the garden. They are a wonderful source of cut flowers and will provide a veritable cornucopia of colourful blooms for your bouquets from mid summer until the first hard frost in the late fall. Dahlias are hardy in zones 8 -10. Dahlias are susceptible to cold so be careful not to plant them too early and be sure to dig them up and store them in a frost-free place before old Jack Frost comes calling if you are planting them in a cooler zone! Your new Dahlias tubers can be stored in the refrigerater until planting time or get a head start on spring and start them indoors in a sunny window.

Customer Service Problems must be reported to us within 15 days of receiving the product. You must include proof of purchase, plus complete the return form included in the package. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the incorrect product was sent or received damaged or defective. Your money will be refunded in the same manner it was paid. You can also send us a picture of the damaged or defective product. Send email pictures to: ahhirt@cs.com.
