We feel that if you purchase optional usps insurance you can assure yourself that this order will be safe. If not, usps will be liable. We are NOT. We have a required shipping tracking confirmation on each and every order for .65 per package. If you don t provide the cost, you dont receive the service.
OUR WARRANTY: We ship all fresh and expect for usps to get them there fresh. We carefully pack in peat mix and sealed labeled ziploc bags. We found this to be the most effective way of transporting your wildflowers. All are authentic NATIVE WILDFLOWERS dug fresh. They are all of blooming size. Generally between the ages of 6-10 Years. We have been very successful on ebay as all know the product size and quality. Some of the smallest root produce some of the largest the following season.
Feedback Policy: We expect all our customers that have any questions upon reciept YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
