If for some reason any plants seeds or featured items arrive in less than satisfactory condition we ask for pictorial proof. This is in the form of a non fuzzy digital photograph of the unpacked package and plants or featured item. Replacement/refunds will be issued upon review of the photograph, as long as it is the actual plant or item originally shipped. We process all orders with great care and are very familiar with the plants we sell and ship. Substitute dead plants photographed will not be refunded. Under normal circumstances we will gladly send replacements or give store credit. If for some reason we can’t replace, we can only refund the buy it now/auction purchase price through PayPal. Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded because USPS doesn’t refund them.
